Description of the building:

The house can be constructed in every climate zone in Poland, has the technical documentation. The house is whole made of spruce wood. Founded on the concrete base. It can be made in two versions:

• 1 Version: Residential house very well insulated.
• 2 Version: Summer House: Without installation and insulation.

Both versions, in standard, are covered with 1 x tar paper, on request may be also covered with trapezoidal metal panels, tile-like or other similar roofing materials. The floors on the ground floor and first floor are made of the solid wood, on own tongue, which gives better stability of the floor. The house can be enlarged by additional segments or decreased by every 110/90 cm. The area of the ground floor may be freely divided into the living room, kitchen and bathroom, an attic may by divided into two comfortable bedrooms. The outside front of the house can have a balcony at the attic or extended bedroom. Rectangular or slanted windows (your choice).

• The wood burning fireplace and the chimney can be installed.
• Exterior elevation of the house in each version can be made of logs of any thickness or of “thermomur” obtain coefficient K 0.22.
• The house can also be made in the combined composition of wood and plaster.
